Welcome to Bond Build

Bondbuild was formed in 2004 being the brain child of Gary Deaves of Patio World Newcastle.

Gary’s original idea was to bring together like minded companies to share a wealth of knowledge gained after years working in the building industry.

Under Gary’s guidance the group was formed with five similar sized companies being the foundation members. These companies where Atlas Awnings from Balina, The Extension Specialists (now known as Patio World Newcastle), The Extension Factory NSW Central Coast, Patio World Canberra & Sunrooms Plus Melbourne.

The group meets in different locations approximately three times each year. Each company takes a turn in hosting the meeting in their locations, which gives each of the delegates an opportunity to interact with staff and study the day to day operations of the host company.

The shared benefits gained so far have been, cutting of aluminium dies, filming television commercials, introduction of new products on a shared basis & negotiating with suppliers for better discounts using volume buying.

The next step forward for the group has been the setting up this website. We now hope that our prospective clients can go on line and see for themselves the type of construction we do and the options we have available to them.
